Why a membership?
Hormone replacement is not a "set it and forget it" treatment. As your body changes, your hormone needs change too. Ongoing support helps you discuss changes in your symptoms and treatment needs with your provider.

Membership is not health insurance and does not replace Medicare or other health insurance. Membership fees are separate from charges for medical services. Covered medical services are billed separately when applicable according to the patient's coverage, applicable payer requirements, and the practice's participation status.
